摘要：

滅殺除癌（Methotrexate, MTX）是一種於癌症化學療法中被廣泛使用的藥物。2.4一二氨基－6－取代嘧啶哌嗪（6）可作為合成MTX的起始反應物。本研究分別從嘧啶衍生物 （Pyrimidine derivatives）及派口秦 衍生物（Pyrazine derivatives）合成化合物（6）。

Abstract：

Methotrexate (MTX) is an important anticancer drug widely used in cancer chemotherapy. 2,4-Diamino-6-substitued pteridine (6) is the intermediate for MTX. In this research the intermediate (6) was synthesized from a pyrimidine deri-vative and also from a pyrazire derivative.
